Built around 15 fun mini-games and with a host of lesser fun asides, U Move Super Sports literally drops the player into a series of crazy sports scenarios. The innovative Sony EyeToy USB camera is used to place the player on the screen as they take part in games that require a series of physical movements from the players.

U Move Super Sports features mini-games including perfect goal, where player lines up to save a penalty against a CPU striker, hole in a simulation a brilliant golf and Rugby Crash, in which players must physically face a rugby player. Additional games include alien throwing ball, a second mini football game called yellow card and slingshot that will test the players reflexes to their limits. As an aside to the fun of sub games, U Move Super Sports also features a number of sub-levels within the Art Studio game mode which features a more puzzle-based aspect of the game.
