stamp pad + scraper to nail art stamping

1pcs stamp pad + scraper used to nail art stamp plate decor.

Do like this:

1. Paint the nail polish on the design you have chosen on the stamp plate.

2. Stamp with the pad at the plate and then stamp on the nail.

3. Finish with a top coat for best results.

Note: wipe off and file with a very nice file or buffer on the inkpad before use if the motives does not stick.
