These plastic trim clips are used on several models in the Peugeot range. They fit into a 6mm hole and are used for securing lightweight plastic trims. The clip has a distinctive Torx patterned head and the circular collar has cut outs. Some examples uses include as Peugeot 407 engine bay clips and Peugeot Expert load bay lining clips.
