One of the door seal clips used by Honda on a few different models. These clips are fairly universal so long as the hole size in the bodywork is correct. The canoe shaped head of the clip fits inside a small hole in the rubber seal and secures the seal in place on the bodywork. Each door opening can use as many as 40 of these plastic clips.
