American horror in which a group of misfits find themselves trapped in a windowless room with no means of communicating with the outside world, when they discover that a slimy shape-shifter is trying to infiltrate their stronghold and claim their lives one by one. Following a failed biological experiment, a hazardous material is released which causes catastrophic consequences as it takes hold of a human form and sets out to destroy everyone in its path. Can they stop the abominable creature before it's too late?
