Under the hot Greek sun, a group of entertainers from all over Europe prepare for the busy tourist season at an all-inclusive resort on an island. Kalia is the leader of the group. She is smart, sexy and disillusioned. Paper decorations, shiny costumes and dance routines fill the stage, and covers of popular hits from the past are performed over and over again. As the summer intensifies, their nights of work and partying become more extreme and Kalia starts to feel like she can't handle the pressure. But when the lights come back on, the show must go on.
