Grace (Diana Glenn), her boyfriend Adam (Andy Rodoreda) and her younger sister, Lee (Maeve Dermody), are on holiday in Northern Australia when they to decide to take a tour down a river. As they drift into a swamp, their boat suddenly capsizes and their guide, Jim (Ben Oxenbould), disappears. Adam drags Grace to the safety of a nearby tree whilst Lee attempts to cling to the top of the overturned boat. Stranded in the flooded swamp, the three holidaymakers must work out what to do to survive.
