However, Button Hall's past residents continue to haunt the corridors of the house as invisible ghosts and seek to force the owners out. A near-death encounter with her ghoulish cohabitants results in Alison being able to see the restless spirits. Having realised that the young couple have no plans to leave the house the ghosts find a way of co-habiting with their residents.
