Jean-Claude Van Damme stars in this action thriller directed by John Woo. Natasha Binder (Yancy Butler) has come to New Orleans to find her estranged father and when she is attacked by a group of thugs, she is saved by Chance Boudreaux (Van Damme). Chance, a homeless out of work sailor, reluctantly agrees to help her with her search but they are not prepared for the shocking secrets they uncover. The cast also includes Lance Henriksen, Arnold Vosloo and Kasi Lemmons.
