Third volume of the dark Japanese anime series. In a post-apocalyptic world where violence and chaos have replaced law and order, a mysterious stranger appears in the deadly Clifflands, and a dark and dangerous struggle begins over the last remaining resources of pure water. In this volume, Tobi escapes from imprisonment and rallies the townspeople against Seiji. When Kenshiro returns, he too is imprisoned and must find a way to break out before disaster strikes.
