The signature rope edge on this tall, slender pot is inspired by the Roman Empire. Since 1800, it�s been produced in the city of Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region of Tuscany. Today it�s still produced in Tuscany, using time-honored techniques but now by Danish brand Bergs Potter.

The clay is fired at very high temperatures, giving the pots a natural strength and a special treatment ensures that our saucers are completely waterproof, making the pots from Bergs Potter suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The high density of the clay, makes the pots frost resistant and allows air to the roots and retain moisture due to the superlative quality of the clay, thus giving plants the optimum growth conditions.
