Using: Open the water tank seal. Fill the container with lukewarm water and close the seal. Choose a tip - classic/periodontal/orthodontic/tongue scraper. Insert the tip into the top of the sprayer and click it to secure. You can change the nozzle at any time by pressing the release button on the back of the device. Put the spray nozzle in your mouth, lean over the sink and turn on the spray. Turn on the sprayer by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds. One press of the power button will allow you to switch between speeds. Aim the tip at the gum line and move from the back teeth towards the front teeth, spraying water along the gum line. Brush both the front and back of each tooth, stopping briefly between each tooth. Spend at least 3 seconds brushing between each tooth and along the gum line, and 4-5 seconds between molars. Partially close your mouth to reduce splashing and allow the water to flow from your mouth into the sink. It may be necessary to refill the sprayer's water tank more than once during use. Use the spray at least once a day to maintain good oral hygiene, and more often if you wear braces. It is recommended to use filtered water.
