When a group of American student activists travel deep into the Amazon rainforest, the campaigners discover they are not entirely alone in their surroundings. With the aim of making a viral campaign against people destroying the unique environment, the students stumble upon a tribe of natives living in the rainforest after their plane crashes in the jungle. But things take a turn for the worse when they are captured by the dwindling native tribe, who later reveal themselves to be cannibals. Captured by the very people they sought to protect, the students find there's a high price to pay for the attention they craved, even if it was in the name of a good cause.
