Vicente Ferraz directs this war drama based on real events of World War II. Set during the winter of 1944, a Brazilian Expeditionary Force on a minesweeping patrol in Italy find themselves lost in a land far from their base in the mountains. As they embark on an horrific journey back to camp they come across two army deserters; one Italian and one German.
