The evil Gedow organisation is set to launch a vicious attack on Movie Land. Once more the earth is in perilous danger and theres only one hero who can rise to the challenge. Viewtiful Joe is back, but this time hes brought his girlfriend, Sylvia, enslaved by the Jadow in the first Viewtiful adventure. Now shes ready to get her own back. Players can choose to play as Sylvia from the start and with the use of Joes VFX powers and a brand new gun, shes going to be a force to be reckoned with! Zap!

Along with all the favourites from the first game (Slow down, Mach speed and Zoom in) Joe and Sylvia now have an amazing new VFX super power - Replay! Players can record on screen action and then play it back to multiply damage by three times! Eat hamburgers to rejuvenate your strength, then replay it to increase your strength three times over. If you make a mistake though, when you hit replay you will sustain three times the normal damage.
