Jack Dylan Grazer and Jordan Kristine Seamón star in this coming-of-age miniseries set in a US Army base in Italy. When Fraser Wilson (Grazer) moves to Italy with his parents (Chloe Sevigny and Alice Braga) - who are both members of the US military - he grows infatuated with fellow teenager Caitlin (Seamón). However, as their platonic relationship intensifies, not everyone approves of their friendship. Meanwhile, Fraser's mother Sarah (Sevigny) struggles in her new role as Colonel.
