**Testing conducted by Apple in March 2021 using preproduction AirTags and software paired with iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max with preproduction software -production. Battery life is calculated based on daily use with four “Play” prompts and one “Find location” prompt per day. Battery life depends on usage, environmental conditions, characteristics of the replacement battery, and many other factors; actual results may vary.

***AirTag is splash, water and dust resistant; has been laboratory tested under controlled conditions, with a rating of IP67 (maximum depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes) according to IEC standard 60529. Resistance to splashes, water and dust is not a permanent characteristic and may decrease with normal wear. Consult the safety and usage documentation to clean and dry it.
