Upon his release from prison, Jesse Page (Mark Dacascos) intends to go straight, beginning a new life as a drummer for a Detroit rock band and leaving his old biker friends behind. Before he gets the chance, however, his old pal Larry persuades Jesse to act as back-up on a drug deal, which goes wrong. Jesse and Larry find themselves on the run from the drug dealers, desperate to get to Detroit but with time running out.
