Renny Harlin directs this American adventure starring Geena Davis and Matthew Modine. Morgan Adams (Davis), a pirate's daughter, must locate the remaining two parts of a map from her evil uncles, Captain Dawg (Frank Langella) and Mordechai Fingers (George Murcell), in order to find her dead father's hidden treasure. Enlisting the help of convicted thief William Shaw (Modine) in her quest, she takes to the high seas in her inherited ship Morning Star and sets out to find the treasure.
