A professional assassin named Hurst (BREN FOSTER) breaks into a high-security prison to kill a traitor, but is tricked into killing the wrong man. Instead, he is punished by the dead man's brother and has both his hands brutally broken, forcing him to retire. The prisoner Iceman (VING RHAMES), who tricked Hurst into killing the wrong man, is released from prison and plans to take over a criminal organization.
