Ensimmäinen julkaisu tästä uskomattomasta Ian Dury & the Blockheadsin livekonsertista Lontoon Dominion Theatressa jouluaattona 1980. Julkaistaan yksinoikeudella Record Store Dayta varten 2LP-oranssina vinyylinä. Alun perin lähetetty erikoisena TV-esityksenä BBC2:n 'Old Grey Whistle Test' -ohjelmassa ja John Peelin toimesta BBC Radio 1:llä. 'Reasons to Be Cheerful, Part 3', 'I Want to Be Straight' ja 'Sueperman's Big Sister' -singlejen jälkeen vuosi 1980 toi mukanaan Ian Dury & the Blockheadsin uuden 'Laughter'-albumin. 'Laughter'-kiertue järjestettiin joulukuussa 1980, ja jouluaattona Ian Dury & the Blockheads esiintyivät Lontoon Dominion Theatressa suorana Radio 1:llä ja TV:ssä BBC2:n 'Old Grey Whistle Test' -ohjelmassa – TV-juontajana Annie Nightingale ja radiossa John Peel.
