Kahden CD-levyn ja Blu-rayn painos. The Concert in Hyde Park taltioi legendaarisen artistin historiallisen konsertin vuoden 2012 Hard Rock Calling -festivaalilla Lontoossa. Konsertti sisältää eeppisen, koko uran kattavan settilistan, johon kuuluu Simonin kestohittejä (\"Kodachrome\", \"Graceland\", \"Me and Julio Down By The Schoolyard\", \"50 Ways to Leave Your Lover\"), fanien suosikkeja sekä kaksi Simon & Garfunkel -klassikkoa. Konsertissa nähdään jälleennäkeminen alkuperäisten Graceland-muusikoiden kanssa Grammy-palkitun albumin 25-vuotisjuhlan kunniaksi, mukana muun muassa Hugh Masekela ja Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Lisäksi mukana on yllätysvierailu reggae-legenda Jimmy Cliffiltä, joka esittää alkuperäiskappaleensa \"The Harder They Come\" ja \"Many Rivers to Cross\", sekä duetto Cliffin ja Simonin välillä kappaleissa \"Vietnam\" ja \"Mother and Child Reunion\".
