Scran is a new collection of over 100 nostalgic and traditional recipes, seen through a modern lens.Scottish cook Ali Stoner launched her Instagram @RovingHaggis in May 2023 after appearing on Masterchef Australia, and soon had a global fanbase. Her first book will open up conversations with grandparents, rekindle memories of growing up, and connect with a deeper history of Scotland through the comfort of food. Scran includes recipes for everything from traditional family favourites, to classic bakery treats, to new creative recipes inspired by Scotland and Scottish tradition.
