Nämä ovat vuosien 1966–68 LP-levyt, joiden myötä uskomattoman tuottelias ja eklektinen Incredible String Band valloitti kriitikoiden sydämet ja ansaitsi paikan Woodstockissa: yhtyeen omaa nimeä kantava esikoisalbumi, "The 5000 Spirits or the Layers of the Onion", "The Hangman's Beautiful Daughter" sekä kaksiosainen neljäs albumi "Wee Tam & The Big Huge". Itämaiset soittimet ja skotlantilainen folk kohtaavat näissä lumoavissa musiikillisissa taidonnäytteissä: "Good As Gone", "How Happy I Am", "First Girl I Loved", "The Mad Hatter's Song", "The Minotaur's Song", "Three Is a Green Crown", "A Very Cellular Song", "Nightfall", "Job's Tears", "You Get Brighter", "Maya", "Lordly Nightshade" ja monet muut!
