In the heart of America, scientist Dr. Sheila Bexter (Fay Masterson) makes an astounding discovery - that human intelligence is located in the forehead, not the brain. After creating a miracle-drug known as 'foreheadazine', Dr. Bexter injects her coworker Dr. Latham (Andrew Parks), and soon the rest of the townspeople are doing almost anything to get their hands on the head-inflating drug. To make matters worse, an alien craft lands nearby, and hundreds of wiggling foreheads begin attaching themselves to any human in sight.
