Dark clouds are looming on the horizon of the vampire world as Dillon returns to VAMPS in this sizzling sequel to Fresh Blood. Outed as son of an influential vampire, Dillon’s no longer the only one in danger as rebels plan the downfall of his powerful mother, and the fault lines between new world and old world vampires threaten to bring two centuries of uneasy peace to an end. With the students reunited back at VAMPS, Dillon’s attraction for an off-limits classmate becomes all consuming. But with new classmates ready to make their mark, gruelling classes to hone their skills and pressure to bring their individual talents up to speed as fast as they can, the Peak Two students are sent deep into the dangerous Carpathian Mountains to train with the Vampire Secret Service. If Dillon has learnt anything so far, it’s that vampires work hard and play harder. Though they’re all getting stronger, temptation is always just on the horizon. And as the stakes get ever higher, can Dillon save the vampire he loves?Praise for the VAMPS series: 'Fast-paced and enthralling' Sun 'A slick new series of romance and intrigue' Observer 'Everything you want from a vampire novel' United by Pop 'A very fun vampire story . . . these are the true heirs to Dracula's coffin' Reader review 'I absolutely loved this book' Reader review 'A sort of Gossip Girl/vampire hybrid we didn't know we wanted' Reader review 'I didn't want to put it down' Reader review
