Germany’s most-awarded mattress of 2019. Composed by 3 ergonomic layers developed in order to provide the best comfort without employing any glue so as to make the mattress composition more natural. 25 cm high in total and made of 3 layers, each layer measuring 8 cm. Thanks to its customization options, this mattress is indeed fit for everyone.

First layer: this layer is composed by cold foam (more elastic providing better ergonomics than common foam) with a density of 35 kg/m3 as well as compression hardness of 46. Grey in color and with memory effect.

Second layer: composed by a high-density foam (40 kg/m3) providing valid and comfortable support even for weights of more than 100 kg and compression of 60. Our foam is certified and of high-quality.

Third layer: composed by a higher density foam but softer (40 kg/m3) providing valid and comfortable support even for weights of more than 100 kg and with a compression of 60. Our foam is certified and of high-quality. Compared to the second layer, it features a softer texture and allows for an improved air circulation in order to make the mattress healthier. This layer features as well a climate-control effect, as it holds better the temperature stable making the mattress more comfortable especially at low temperatures.

The cores composing our mattress are certified and of high-quality. In fact, thanks to its composition the mattress offers more resistance to stress and strain ensuring a longer use life.

This mattress was developed to satisfy the personal needs of each and every person, this is why the Orion mattress is made of interchangeable elements in order to create surfaces with more resistance or flexibility, depending on one’s habitual sleeping position that varies from person to person. For example: people who rest on a side-sleeping position need more flexibility at hip and shoulder height. Also, it depends on one’s weight: a person whose weight is more than 100 kg needs more rigidity than a person whose weight is less than 50 kg.

This mattress is especially suitable for those who are affected by joint problems, problems with vertebrae, rheumatic pain as well as back pain. Moreover, this mattress is also very suitable to kids of under 15 years of age.

It features a removable aloe vera lining composed by a 100% polyester thermoregulating double-textile with an easily-removable whole zip running on all four sides, the lining can be washed to up to 60°C. Two side-handles allow to easily move or rotate the mattress.
