Los Angelesissa toimiva rockyhtye The Bronx kuudennella albumillaan \"Bronx VI\". Albumin on tuottanut Joe Baressi (Tool, Bad Religion, Melvins), ja levyllä on muun muassa single \"Mexican Summer\", joka saattaa olla lähimpänä The Bronxin alter egoa Mariachi el Bronxia genremielessä. The Bronxilla on muuten tunnusomaisena piirteenä hyökkäävät kitarat ja punk. Yhtye on saanut myös vahvistusta rumpujen taakse Joey Castillosta (Queens Of The Stone Age/Danzig).
